WHAT IS AN ARROW REST FOR

The arrow rest is indispensable for the recurve shooter. The arrow rest is a part on which the arrow rests. this is mounted on the center piece and can be used with or without a button. The arrow rest is connected to the nocking position of the arrow on the string called the nocking point. This combination should ensure that the arrow leaves the bow without coming into contact with the center piece, so that a free flight of the arrow is created.
