Complain -procedure

Since 2016, we have an obligation to let you know that you can register for a complaint to the European ODR platform. This is also described in our terms and conditions.

The procedure is as follows.

1. You sign a complaint first with us. this preferably via e-mail or letter

(if we do not come to a agreemente you can go to step 2.)

2. You log a complaint with the foundation Webwinkelkeur.

(if they Can not help you then you are free to file the complaint via the platform of the European Union. Go to step 3

3. You file your complaint to the European ODR platform odt This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr
